Think she is Pregnant?

Men – we know that an unplanned pregnancy can be a challenging time for you too. You may feel anxious or even confused about what’s next with your partner. Maybe you’re wondering how to support your partner as you navigate your own feelings about pregnancy. You are not alone and you can do this.

Here are some things to remember when figuring out how to support your partner during an unplanned pregnancy…

Be There

A simple yet powerful first step to supporting your partner is simply being there for her. She needs you now more than ever. Choose to be a part of this journey and let her be a part of yours. Together, you can navigate and make it through this.

Listen

All of this is new to her too. She has a lot of questions and she needs someone to talk to. Listen to her. Let her know that you understand that her world, and yours, is changing. Both of you likely feel like you are alone. But you are not. You have each other and you need each other now more than ever.

Talk

You have questions, concerns, fears, and feelings, just like she does. Talk about it. Ask questions. Tell her the truth. Keep the lines of communication open.
